What We Do

Primarily, we provide full range of contract services for many Architects and Designers, including site, zoning, and code analysis, design development through construction documents, and construction administration.

Additionally, we provide high quality digital renderings, existing building documentation, and paper to cad services.

Most of our professional clients hire us because they are small startups, still recovering from the pandemic, not ready to fully retire … or sometimes they simply have too many concurrent projects…

But in any event, they just do not have quite enough work to hire a full time quality employee, and not enough time to groom or mentor…The remainder of my clients are contractors, private homes, and small business owners.

Brian James Ross is a seasoned design consultant with over 35 years of experience in public and private projects including industrial, institutional, commercial and residential architecture.

As an independent design professional, he provides a full range of technical services for many architects and designers throughout the Northeast. As an expert in construction documents, Brian frequently does production work for many notable architects, builders, and developers due to his combination of both residential and commercial experience.
